We commit to making the UN Global Compact and its Principles an integral part of our business strategy, day-to-day operations, and organizational culture.

Joining the UN Global Compact reaffirms our existing commitments to positive change in the communities we operate to create the world we want. We are excited to join a global movement of sustainable companies and stakeholders, all working together to address the most pressing challenges facing people and the planet.

Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 9,500 companies and 3,000 non-business signatories based in over 160 countries. After many years of industry leadership in creating sustainable business practices in the jewelry industry, Signet Jewelers joined the UN Global Compact in March 2021.

THE TEN PRINCIPLES OF THE UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL COMPACT

As a participant signatory, Signet and its brands affirm our long-standing commitment to responsible, ethical business practices and upholding the Ten Principals of the UN Global Compact on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

These Ten Principles guide business policy and structure and serve as the foundation for advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). There are numerous connections between the UN Global Compact Ten Principles and the impact that these can make towards achieving the 17 SDGs.
